TRAIN FASTER. SUPPORT BETTER.

From documentation
to trusted training.

Industrial companies already have extensive knowledge in manuals, guides, diagrams and specifications. Turning it into useful training takes time — and keeping it accurate as products evolve can be harder.

At Avite Labs, we’re developing a more efficient way to produce and maintain source-grounded, reviewable training from existing technical documentation.

Does this
sound familiar?

  • Creating training videos and presentations takes too much expert time.
  • Reviewing AI-generated material is difficult when its sources are not easily traceable.
  • Product and documentation changes create unnecessary training rework.
  • Different audiences, products and markets need different versions of the same knowledge.

How we
approach it

We start with approved documentation, organize it into learning topics and produce audiovisual or editable training materials. Visible connections to the sources help technical experts review, correct and approve the content.

One foundation can support different audiences, including prerequisites, refresher learning and editable trainer materials. Update arrangements are agreed per project.

Approved sources become learning modules, pass expert review and become training and support. Sources and versions remain traceable; changed sources lead to affected modules, expert re-review and updated training.
